    Pickleball.com's Will Daughton recaps Day 1 of MLP St. Louis at Chaifetz Arena, with the host St. Louis Shock and Palm Beach Royals both opening 1-0 atop Group A and the Brooklyn Pickleball Team, Los Angeles Mad Drops, and SoCal Hard Eights all opening 1-0 in Group B as Brooklyn, SoCal, and Will Mackinnon and Armaan Bhatia make their MLP debuts.
