  • JOOLA and Proton Agree to Settle Paddle Core Patent Dispute

    JOOLA and Proton have reached a settlement resolving all claims from the patent infringement case JOOLA filed with the International Trade Commission in April over its Propulsion Core paddle technology. Proton will keep selling the affected products through the summer with a Powered by JOOLA sticker and JOOLA's patent numbers on the packaging, pay royalties to JOOLA, and immediately discontinue manufacturing of the impacted models.
