JOOLA and Volair Settle Propulsion Core Patent Dispute
JOOLA announced Thursday that it has settled all claims against Volair from the Propulsion Core patent infringement litigation JOOLA filed in April, a deal that covers Volair's Shift paddle. Volair will continue selling the Shift into the fall before production stops, mark the paddles with JOOLA's 826 patent, and pay royalties on all units, bringing JOOLA to four settled brands with seven ITC cases still ongoing.
