    The PPA Tour introduced its new World Pickleball Rankings, a unified global leaderboard beginning with the 2026-27 season that combines singles, mixed doubles, and gender doubles results using each player's 14 best results over the previous 52 weeks. The scoring weights gender doubles at 50 percent, mixed doubles at 35 percent, and singles at 15 percent, and the rankings will help determine tournament entries, byes, and qualification for the season-ending PPA Finals.
